Emirates A380 A6-EUF operating EK203 Dubai – New York JFK was in Estonian airspace this morning approaching Tallinn when it turned and diverted to London Heathrow due to a technical issue. The aircraft was able to continue after approximately two hours on the ground, however after arrival at New York JFK the return EK202 was cancelled due to a further technical issue.

Emirates A380 A6-EUF Quarantined at New York JFK.

Emirates A380 A6-EUF was quarantined at New York JFK this morning after arriving as EK203 from Dubai after multiple passengers became ill on board. The return EK204 was able to operate with a five and a half hour delay.

Emirates A380 A6-EUF EK413 Melbourne Diversion.

Emirates A380 A6-EUF operating the Christchurch – Sydney sector of EK413 Christchurch – Sydney – Dubai diverted via Melbourne this evening due to weather at Sydney. The aircraft will overnight at Sydney.

Emirates A380 A6-EUF Perth Pilot Issue.

A380 A6-EUF arrived into Perth in the early hours of this morning as EK424 from Dubai (depart Dubai 8th October), however the return EK425 was cancelled after the pilot was stood down after allegedly refusing to take alcohol and tests. The aircraft was able to position Perth – Dubai during the evening as EK2669.

Emirates A380 A6-EUF Delivered.

A380 A6-EUF was delivered Finkenwerder – Dubai this evening as EK7380. The aircraft is in 14F/76J/426Y with a lower deck crew rest area. This brings the A380 fleet up to 84 aircraft.

A380 A6-EUF made its first flight from Toulouse today wearing test registration F-WWAV and positioned Toulouse – Finkenwerder.
